Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the 1rang1rang Seongbuk portal (the 'Portal') operated by the Seongbuk Welfare Foundation (the 'Foundation'), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Foundation.
Article 2 (Definitions)
'Service' means all services provided by the Foundation through the Portal, including single-household program information, online applications, and resource provision. 'User' means a single-person household resident of Seongbuk-gu or a general visitor who accesses the Portal and uses the Service under these terms.
Article 3 (Provision and Changes to Services)
The Foundation provides services such as single-household program information, online application intake, and operation of the Notices and Resources sections. The Foundation may change the contents of the Service where operationally or technically necessary, and will give prior notice on the Portal.
Article 4 (Obligations of Users)
Users must provide accurate information when applying for services and must not misappropriate others' information or apply falsely. Users must comply with relevant laws, these terms, and the usage rules provided by the Foundation.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
The Foundation is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, system maintenance, or communication failures. However, it bears responsibility under relevant laws for damages caused by the Foundation's intent or gross negligence.
These terms take effect on January 1, 2026.
