In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, the Seongbuk Welfare Foundation (the 'Foundation') protects users' personal information and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to handle related concerns promptly and smoothly.
1. Personal information collected
To process single-household service applications, the Foundation collects name, date of birth, phone, email, address, gender, household type, and requested service information.
2. Purpose of collection and use
Collected personal information is used solely for application intake and review, dedicated-manager matching, service provision and follow-up, and satisfaction surveys.
3. Retention and use period
Collected personal information is retained and used for three years from the date of application; where retention is required by law, it is kept for that period and then destroyed without delay.
4. Provision to third parties
As a rule, the Foundation does not provide users' personal information externally. It provides only the minimum necessary information to operating organizations entrusted with service delivery, except where specifically provided by law.
5. Users' rights and how to exercise them
Users may at any time request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information, and the Foundation acts without delay under relevant laws. Requests can be made by phone or email.
