Space reservation

The shared kitchen is a space where single-household club members and partner organizations can cook and gather together. It operates without on-site staff via Itsoki (a smart lock).

• Check available time slots in the reservation calendar.
• Log in and select a time slot to request a reservation.
• After staff approval, a confirmation notice is sent.
• Once approved, staff set up Itsoki access permissions.

After use, you must complete and submit a checkout inspection form via app or web to finish. Items include:

• Return chairs to their original position after use.
• Dispose of trash at the designated outside location (including food waste).
• Wash, dry, and return used cooking tools.
• Confirm the induction cooktop is turned off.
• Turn off lights and air conditioning.
