Club application

Clubs are recruited in two ways: open recruitment and center-planned. Eligibility and conditions vary by club type and funding source (Seoul subsidy or district budget).

• Open recruitment — held through public notices anyone can apply to.
• Center-planned — the center plans a theme and recruits participants.
• Each person may apply to only one club; duplicate applications are blocked automatically.

• The leader writes an activity application in the system and registers the member list.
• Registered members receive a participation-consent request notice.
• Each member logs in and submits documents (consent, registration copy, enrollment/employment certificate, etc.).
• Once everyone has submitted, staff review and announce the selection result.

• Leader — activity application (online), activity plan (file upload).
• Members — enrollment/employment certificate (Seongbuk students/workers), bank account copy after selection.

Selected clubs write and submit a session report each session, and submit a business plan and outcome report after activities end.
